— Five Disciplines, One Standard

Residential and commercial renovation, without compromise

From a single washroom to a full commercial fit-out, every project is held to the same finish standard. The scale changes; the material scrutiny does not.

/ What We Execute

Every discipline, the same rigor

Washroom Renovation

Basement Remodeling

Home Renovation

Precision tile work, custom millwork, and material selections chosen for long-term performance. Every fixture and finish specified to the room's light and proportion.

Below-grade spaces demand material choices that hold. We specify for moisture, acoustics, and light — delivering rooms that read as intentional, not converted.

Whole-home scope managed as a single coordinated project. Structural, mechanical, and finish decisions aligned from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

New Home Builds

Commercial Renovation

Large-scale fit-outs executed with the finish discipline of residential work. Commercial timelines, residential detail — the same uncompromising material specification at every line item.

Ground-up construction where every material decision is deliberate from the foundation. No inherited constraints — only the standard we set at the start.

+ Material Integrity

The right material for the right condition

We source materials the way structural decisions are made — against a specific condition, not a general aesthetic. Marble is chosen for the light in that room. Stone for the subfloor beneath it.

No finish leaves our sites until it meets the standard we would hold our own work to. Project scale does not adjust that threshold.

Consultations are by appointment. Bring the project; we bring twenty years of material and execution knowledge to the first conversation.
